An Android app that blocks addictive apps like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok until you complete real physical exercises. It uses Google ML Kit's on-device pose detection through your camera to verify exercises like squats, push-ups, and head nods. Once you finish your reps, you earn 5–30 minutes of screen time as a reward.
